"Dr. Heathcott is amazing. The prior reviews are odd. I believe her twins are in their late teens which would mean the complaint from 2020 is written over a decade later and someone needs someone else to blame for something unfortunate happening. Dr. Heathcott is very knowledgeable, informed me of all my options and helped me get through multiple miscarriages and 2 difficult pregnancies. It is obvious that she cares and spent extra time with us to make sure we understood everything. She is an excellent surgeon, as all the hospital staff really liked her. I would recommend her to everyone I know, and I do. "

"She is a complete quack. She has been proven to be unable to detect abnormalities in ultra sounds. She gave me the wrong meds way too soon when my husband and I were trying to have a baby which resulted in several unnecessary miscarraiges. We will never forget that she didn't even know my blood type and I was wrongly given a shot of RhoGAM after my first miscarriage. I have never felt less comfortable than she made me feel. She came off high and mighty not a caregiver. She cared more about her pregnancy with her twins than her patients at that time. My family suffered greatly because of it. I have already reported her to the medical board of Arizona."
